Returns & Warranty

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, ebooks and guides are non-refundable once purchased. If you're having trouble accessing your download, contact us, and we'll help sort it out.

Change of Mind

We accept returns on unused, unopened physical products (including baking equipment) within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll process a refund to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, or develops a genuine manufacturing fault, contact us at hell@thedoughshed.nz with your order number and a description (photos help) and we'll take it from there.

Warranty on Baking Equipment (Brod & Taylor)

Warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover:

  • Change of mind
  • Damage caused by drops, misuse, or general wear and tear

If your claim is a genuine manufacturing fault, get in touch with us first with your order details and a description of the issue. We'll pass this on to our supplier, who determines the outcome - whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund. This decision sits with the supplier, not with us, so we're not able to guarantee a specific outcome upfront.

In most cases the line between a fault and general damage is clear. If there's any dispute about whether something qualifies, our supplier makes the final call.
