Brod & Taylor make precision bread baking tools designed for people who bake often - not gadgets that get used twice and forgotten. I've admired their design for a while, and recently brought the range into The Dough Shed to complement the sourdough process - bannetons, bread steels, and baking shells among them. Now that I'm using them myself, the ease of use and the quality of the bake speak for themselves.
