A fold-flat proofing box that gives gentle radiant heat from an aluminium base plate, with a water tray for humidity when you want it. Why I Love It This is the answer to "my kitchen's too cold to proof properly," which is a genuinely common problem in a lot of NZ homes through winter. Being able to fold it flat afterwards means it doesn't become one more bulky appliance you have to find permanent shelf space for - it lives in a drawer until you need it.
