Banneton's are used to maintain structure and shape to your dough during its final stage (cold fermentation) in the fridge. 

Made in Germany, these bannetons are completely natural so are a great eco friendly option for your bread making process. Lined with ridges, these oval bannetons create that rustic lined look on your loaves.
